• A criminal background check is completed – both state and national.
• An eight-panel drug test is performed on each candidate.
• An e-verify check is conducted on all applicants.
• All officers candidates attend a course of instruction in accordance with Washington State Security Officer training and licensing requirements, and all officers also must complete an annual training refresher course.
• Officers are given site-specific training, customized to each of our clients’ individual requirements.
